Size and width

Determining Birkenstock size is part science and part art, but to assist you can also use the metric system. Using your largest foot measure the inner side from the tip of the toe to the end of the heal. Be as exact as possible and match the result with the Birkenstock sizing chart. For example if your measurement equaled 24.5cm then we would recommend a Birkenstock European 38. This method has proven to be fairly accurate.

Shipping and handling

MyBIRKENSTOCKshop.ca will send you a confirmation via email before we ship your purchased item. Please remember to enter a valid mailing address as your PayPal account may not be updated. You will receive a tracking number (after 4pm eastern) which will allow you to follow your shipments progress via Canada Post.

Shipping fees for Canada per order (under $109.) is $5.95, this includes Canada Post expedited service and insurance. Free shipping for orders $109 and over. For orders outside Canada please call toll free 1-877-939-1804. Ships in 1 to 5 days.

Returns

MBS.ca orders shipped to your home can be returned within 30 business days from the date of the online purchase, via Canada Post or in person to the Birkenstock Naturino location for a full refund, exchange or a store credit note.

When shipping the item back via Canada Post or courier the item must be unworn, in the original shoe box with a copy of your invoice. Shoe box must be enclosed in a protective shipping carton. If return specifications are not met, we will not be able to properly process your return. We will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of returned shipments, so we suggest you package your return with the correct protective shipping box and include Canada Post or courier shipping insurance.

Mybirkenstockshop.ca does not incur the cost of return shipping and any original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

We recommend trying your new Birkenstocks first on a carpeted surface to make sure they fit perfectly as we do not accept returned shoes that show signs of wear including scuffs, creases, stains (footbed) and soil. Damaged items will be returned to the client at their expense.

In the event of a defective item, return must be first requested by email with an explanation and one or several pictures must be attached to process the refund or exchange quickly.
